A successful attack to create arbitrary files or append data to arbitrary files on the system against Chilkat XML ActiveX Component due to the ChilkatUtil.CkData.1 (ChilkatUtil.dll) ActiveX control including the insecure "SaveToFile()" and "AppendBinary()" methods.
