IQID: 23690 - October 2021

Atlassian Jira Server and Data Center could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the system, caused by improper validation of user request by the /WEB-INF/web.xml endpoint. An attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request containing "dot dot" sequences (/../) to view particular files on the system.
