IQID: 20720 - February 2020
MikroTik RouterOS is vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the SMB service when processing messages. By sending specially crafted NetBIOS session request messages, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system with elevated privileges or cause the device to crash.
