IQID: 17898 - September 2018
Synology DiskStation Manager (DSM) could allow a remote authenticated attacker to traverse directories on the system, caused by a flaw in the uistrings.cgi. An attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request which containing "dot dot" sequences (/../) in the 'lang' parameter to write arbitrary files on the system.
