IQID: 16828 - February 2018
Monstra CMS 3.0.4 has a remote code execution vulnerability through an arbitrary file upload mechanism. An attacker can bypass the file upload restrictions specified in the filesmanager.admin.php configuration file by uploading php files to the Monstra CMS with an uppercase "PHP" extension. It is then possible to execute shell commands on the server by accessing the uploaded php file and appending system commands to the URL.
