IQID: 16463 - December 2017
Apache Tomcat has a remote code-execution vulnerability when HTTP PUT requests are enabled. A remote user can send a specially crafted HTTP PUT request to upload arbitrary JSP code to the target system and then request the JSP file to cause the web service to execute the JSP code on the target system. The code will run with the privileges of the target web service.
