Symantec Anti-Virus Engine could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by a memory access violation when parsing a specially crafted PE header file. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to corrupt memory and execute arbitrary code on the system or cause the system to crash or a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD)..
