IQID: 12039 - October 2015

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 3087918 update is not installed on the system, which could allow an attacker to exploit the following vulnerability: Microsoft Windows Media Center could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by improper handling of link files. By persuading a victim to install a specially-crafted Media Center link (.mcl) file, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code on the system with privileges of the victim.
