IQID: 10339 - February 2015

Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird are vulnerable to cross-site scripting, caused by an error related to Chrome Object Wrappers (COW). A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to gain access to a content level constructor with chrome privileged access to write to objects when only read actions should be allowed. An attacker could use this vulnerability to steal the victim's cookie-based authentication credentials and conduct cross-site scripting attacks.
