idappcom has acquired certain Server Digital ID certificate ("Certificate") for use pursuant to the terms of the suppliers Server Certificate Agreement (the "Agreement"). Delivery

Software, which includes applications and files from our libraries, is only delivered electronically via download link from the downloads page of this web site. On completion of the purchase process you will be provided, via email, with an key to unlock the evaluation copy you have already downloaded.

Should you require this key to be renewed for any reason please contact sales but note that we reserve the right to make an additional charge.

Subsequent, licenced, upgrades and updates to applications and/or files are available on our website for electronic download only.
There is no delivery of software on any physical media.  

Refund Policy

Refunds
 
If you feel you require a refund you may request the refund by contacting us at enquiries@idappcom.com. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline any refund for any reason (e.g. you have already downloaded the software and obtained a key). If a refund is approved, it will be actioned through the payment gateway you paid through; Sage Pay (for Credit Cards). Your refund will be credited to your account or to the card you made payment with. If you paid using a credit or debit card through Sage Pay, you will receive a full refund minus the gateway processing costs. These costs are subject to change, from time to time, according to Sage Pay terms.

Under almost any circumstances, we will not provide a refund after 30 days have passed from the order date.
