About Us
In the Beginning
idappcom was formed in Guernsey 2004. In 2009 we combined resources with Karalon and moved operations to the UK. Since then we have supplied software and hardware that enhances network security, reducing risk and lowering cost of ownership of devices.
Our products are constantly evolving in response to the needs of our customers. We have traditionally supplied security vendors and test labs and now supply new versions of our products specifically developed for the end user. Years of expertise and development knowledge are now available to the global market to assist our customers achieving the highest levels of network threat protection.

Team Bio

Ray Bryant, Chairman and Managing Director (CEO) Ray started working life in a firm of London chartered accountants, qualified as Chartered Company Secretary in 1979. His career in I.T. started at the Control Data Corporation, in finance, production and logistics. Ray spent fifteen years with Ciba Geigy Switzerland, working on Finance and ERP software implementations in the UK, USA, Saudi Arabia, Greece, Turkey and the Philippines. Ray also worked at SSA Global Technologies as a financial systems consultant culminating in the creation of an independent compliance company, SLA Management Services (Barham Group) which Ray headed as chairman and managing director. The Barham Group, during the next six years, grew to service many I.T. companies including one of the largest IBM mid range, UNIX, ERP and CRM software providers in the world. Ray took the company from start up to successful sale in 2008. |

Will Hogan, VP Sales & Marketing
Will has been in the I.T. industry for over 29 years after initially training in Management Accountancy. He has held positions in general management, financial management, project management, sales management, channel management, marketing, systems analysis and application development. He worked in software sales with SSA (a major US vendor of ERP) for 12 years and sat on the EMEA regional management board as General Manager of Channel Partners EMEA, after which he was the Managing Director of IDvelocity, a US Data Collection and Mobile Computing Software company. After living in the USA for two years working for Falk Companies, where he was Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Business Administration, he joined Idappcom. |

Chris Thomas, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Chris has over twenty five years of computing and programming experience, developing solutions in numerous programming languages both compiled and interpreted. After graduating from Birmingham University, he worked in web development positions and matured his skills maintaining order processing, financial control and point of sale technologies. After joining idappcom in 2006, Chris developed the eXert suite of applications for SOX compliance and more recently Chris has utilised his significant development experience and expertise, confidently taking on the role of CTO, and overseeing the future architecture and development of idappcom's advanced network security assessment products. |
